Add Application Roles
Assign Authorisation Domain Roles to an application enabling it to request access scopes the application needs while requesting data from Data Providers. Enable applications to access Raidiam Connect APIs.
- Your organisation has one or more Authorisation Domain Roles assigned. If your organisation has no role assigned, contact with your Trust Framework Administrator to have one assigned.
- Access Token with Write Access and with the directory:website scope - if you want to obtain or manage organisation-level certificates using Connect's APIs.
If a Software Statement Assertion was generated for an application, a software statement is in the locked status making it impossible to make any changes to the application's main details and to request/change available roles.
In such cases, you need to unlock the software statement using the lock button next to the statement you wish to edit and make your changes. This action is only available to Super Administrators. This also means you need to generate a new assertion that reflects the changes and update client configuration at any authorisation server where the client application is registered.
Select Software Statements and an active Software Statement from the list.
Select Software Authority Claim from the left navigation tree and New Software Authority Claim.
Select an Authorisation Domain and a Role available for the selected domain and save.
For security purposes, application's Authorisation Domain Roles can be only soft-deleted by disabling them.
You can unassign role by selecting the Disable button (access forbidden button under Actions) or by using the Update Application Roles and setting the role's status to inactive.
Raidiam Connect enables organisations to integrate with the following APIs for Application Role Management:
