Generate Software Statement Assertions for DCR

Generate Software Statement Assertion to register client applications at Data Providers' OAuth Authorisation Servers using OAuth Dynamic Client Registration (DCR).

Prerequisites

Add Software Statement Assertion

Generating a Software Statement Assertion locks an application making it impossible to edit the Software Statement details without unlocking the statement first. This happens to prevent unintended changes to applications that are already registered at a Data Provider's Authorisation Server.

If you wish to edit the details or add new Authority Domain Roles to the organisation's statement, do it before generating an assertion to save yourself additional effort of unlocking application, generating new assertion, and updating the registered client's configuration at the Authorisation Server. Unlocking a locked application can only be done by a Super Administrator.

1

Select Applications and an active application from the list.

2

Select the Assertion tab.

3

Select Generate.

4

Copy the generated assertion and use it to register a client application at a Data Provider's OAuth Authorisation Server using OAuth Dynamic Client Registration (DCR).
